Because all of our items are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Each order is created specifically for you, using the details you provide at checkout. For this reason, all sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily work with you to resolve it, either through a replacement or another appropriate solution.
