All of our items are made to order and personalized just for you. Please allow time for production before shipment.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2- 5 business days, depending on the item, level of customization, and available inventory.

  • If an item or material is backordered by our vendor, processing time may be extended.

  • During peak seasons or large custom orders, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

If you have questions about current inventory, vendor availability, or need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us by email before placing your order so we can help set expectations and timelines.

Shipping Time

Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.


Once your order has been shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, Blackwood Customs Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.


If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. While carrier-related issues are outside of our control, we are happy to review the situation and see what we can do to help.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
